The new Dark Shadows movie was filmed in Essex, CT. Not only did it give me a 30 Rock/Liz Lemon moment (I WANT TO GO TO THERE), it turns out I practically have been. Apparently it’s near The Breakers in RI, which I visited for an afternoon when I was 15. I wish I could find a shot looking down the main street, I think it was, to the port. I guess I’ll have to watch the movie again if I want to see that, oh noes.
